I cannot get past the home screen. I can see everything on it - appointments coming up, notification of test results but when I click on something to go further, it takes me to a blank white screen. I cannot see messages, results, can't check in, nothing. I have a Samsung s10, and I tried re-installing the app several times, rebooting my phone, clearing the cache, etc... everything Google told me to do. Nothing worked. I have to go into the portal via laptop to communicate instead of the app.

Terribly difficult to navigate, unintuitive, and some features simply don't work. Tried to schedule an appointment and in the "tell us a specific reason" dialogue, the app was completely unresponsive, could not enter anything. Does anyone test run these apps before publishing? I'm using a very common current Samsung phone.

Very much worth the download if you are receiving care at HSS. Keeps you up-to-date, easy to fill out questionnaires and notifications come through. 8 weeks post op it's nice to get notifications for questionnaires needing to be completed. Only 4/5 because communication through this app will get no response. Better to email or call if you have questions.
